Unintended - Muse

UNINTENDED
- Muse-

You could be my unintended

Choice to live my life extended
You could be the one I'll always love
You could be the one who listens to my deepest inquisitions
You could be the one I'll always love

I'll be there as soon as I can
But I'm busy mending broken pieces of the life I had before

First there was the one who challenged
All my dreams and all my balance
She could never be as good as you

You could be my unintended
Choice to live my life extended
You should be the one I'll always love

I'll be there as soon as I can
But I'm busy mending broken pieces of the life I had before

I'll be there as soon as I can
But I'm busy mending broken pieces of the life I had before

Before you

13th August Trackday

As promised.. here goes..

Weather was gud.. turnout was gud too.. the usual trackers... plus a few more..

Sad thing was..

THERE WERE NO BABES..!!

Babes were aplenty in the last outing... few of the guys were a bit wangi today.. wore nice shirts.. shave.. cologne stengah botol.. all hoping to tackle babes while their partners are out on track.. but sadly... there were none..

From our side, there were 2 Fiat Coupe 20VT.. AR 145, Wira Mivec RS, AR 147,.... and a special appearance... Fariqe in his Mitsuoka Zero 1... who tracked today..

The others who came.. dzul, ronek, syaelly, ellysya, jipeng, freemen, and few others who arent always online but come for tt..

Our crowd was the biggest there.. heehheh.. am sure everyone enjoyed themselves..

As for me.. for this trackday.. my trackday-prep include..
- MAF sensor cleaning
- ECU reset (disconnect battery for an hour)
- wheel alignment
- engine oil top up
- straight piping (no back box)
- berak dulu (driver lightening)

Nothing much really.. but i managed to shave off 2 sec of my previous best timed lap..

Its now.. 2 min 10 sec (normal street tyres)

Tyres were in a bad condition.. 'scars' from the previous track outing still visible on the tyre edges.. Car understeered a lot.. 2 tyres on the gravel on a couple of turns.. and almost lost control on the last corner.. all in the same lap.. hahaha.. and thats where i learnt its limit..
From then onwards.. managed to induce slides in most corners/turns.. and enjoyed it all the while.. hehehe.. but then again, there's only so much u can do with understeer and FF 4 wheel slides.. unlike FR cars.. and I ran on a little lower tyre pressure.. need more grip..
There were lots of seasoned track cars out there.. most of em practicing and tuning their cars for the upcoming merdeka race and johor race series.. busy track today.. and there were a couple of monkeys too on track.. really..! haha.. only casualty of the day was a bird.. hit my lower left side of the windscreen while it was flying upwards.. hahaha.. saw it rolled on the ground from my rear view mirror after it hit me.. err.. or i hit it..? ok after it hit me.. i'm no bird killer.. that bird commit suicide..
Tapaued one track car.. a proton saga.. bugger cant keep up with me.. went offline on few short straights to let him pass.. but the fella simply cant overtake.. so i just took him on.. played a couple of laps with him until he limped off track.. dunno wat happen maybe brake jam or telur tersepit..
Sat in Fariqe's Mitsuoka Zero 1 for about 4-5 laps... basket.. scary at first.. sit so low to the track.. but after the first lap.. ok edi.. took on one race prep EK until the car backed off and waved for us to pass by.. was fun tho.. and watching him control his car.. was all poetry in motion.. very precise and sharp.. late braking.. slow in fast out.. power out.. tail out.. heel and toe.. whooaahhh..! respect..!
and as promised.. gave taxi rides to the guys.. hope u guys had fun riding with me..
This will be the last track day for the current set of tyres on the car.. outer edges all gone now.. thanks to the mini race.. huhu..
All in all.. it was a whole lot of fun.. better than the last couple of times.. here's to more trackdays..! Enjoy the pics guys..

Finished 1st in Road Car Category.. ok ok.. 8th out of 8 cars.. last.. hahaah.. its 7 merdeka-race prepped track cars and 1 stock standard road car - me !
Half way down the first lap.. I was already last on track.. ahahah.. I think I bettered my lap time in this race but no one timed me.. coz i wasnt far off from the last track car in the first lap.. after the straights.. kena tinggal kaw kaw.. most of the cars were running on slicks anyways.. for me, I just wanna get the feel only.. for the fun of it.. syiok syiok running alone.. clear track.. tau tau saja finishing flag sudah wave.. and the cheers.. from the pits.. whoaahh.. cool..!!
Rasa macam menang race.. didnt get overlapped.. and didnt retire.. thats an achievement in its own right.. stock car againts seasoned trackers.. whaddaya expect? aint that bad rite..? rite? or is it? haha.. Ok.. was kidding.. there's no Road Car Category.. its an open challenge.. hehee..
Here are the winners.. psst.. Fariqe kalah.. hehhhee.. champion car is an EK.. race prepped EK..

Gelang Patah Highway Accident

this is something i just gotta share with you guys.. even thinking about it makes me shiver and how lucky i was to have escaped it.. barely escaped it.. not really a big accident.. but still is an accident..

here's wat happen.. and like most IA stories, i'll start with..

I was cruising and minding my own business..

.. on my way back from work. Was going at a slow and steady pace, around 160-170 km/h on the right lane.. looking out for cops hiding between the middle railings.. and at the same time.. looking for potential victims to prey on.. hahaha.. it was around 6 plus in the evening.. its a 3 lane hiway - 4 including emergency lane..

on that part of town.. and during that time.. there were lots of motorbikes - people coming back from work.. most of em from singapore..

i'd just went past a trailer travelling on the middle lane.. and about 150m in front of me.. there was this one black car.. and further infront of the car, there's this motorbike riding along on the lines between the left lane and middle lane.. the car move from the middle lane to the left lane.. and i think the car clipped the back of the bike.. motorbike fell.. and the car swerved left and right between just inside the left lane and the middle lane... until it somehow snapped and hit the railings head-on on the left side of the road.. i was fast approaching.. watched everything... didnt lift my right foot off the throttle.. still travelling at a constant speed.. wanted to brake and slow down but cant move my legs.. was eagerly anticipating the move of the vehicles in front.. but didnt react to anything yet.. and its a gud thing i didnt slow down.. thank god..
the car, upon hitting the railing head on.. it bounced and rolled back to the road.. horizontally moving across to the other side of the road - on to the right lane that is.. where i was still travelling fast..
by the time it reached the middle lane.. i was slightly behind and i can see the faces of the driver and passenger.. both in shock.. panic.. kinda scared.. and both are looking at me coming fast on the right lane.. the rolling car just missed my by a few inches.. and right after i went past.. the car hit the railing on the right - the divider railing.
the crash sound was loud.. was travelling with the windows halfway down... and with the winds blowing.. i cud clearly hear the bang when the car hit the railing.. if i was a little slower.. the car cud have banged into me.. and if i really braked and slowed down when the biker first fell on the road, and if the car rolled across the road, i cud not have managed to stop in time and might have banged the car on its sides..

from the rear view mirror.. i cud see other cars that were way behind me moving in different directions.. trying to avoid banging each other.. and the lorry.. luckily it wasnt that fast and it managed to avoid hitting the car as the car bounced back from the divider.
it all happened in split seconds..
it wasnt until i reached home that started to feel how lucky i was to have escaped being in the thick of it all..
dun know what happen to the biker.. hope he/she is alrite and no one went over him/her...
typing this here.. still gives me the fright..
lucky me.. heheeh..

this time.. going fast, saved me.. kekkekeek..
moral here is.. drive faster guys.. speed dun kill... crashing does..

to those who travel using this hiway.. be careful guys..

life is precious u know..

Thank you

For the people who always hold me up,
I put my daily thoughts into this rhapsody.
Deliver my feelings of appreciation
Thanks for always
Thanks, for real.
No matter where you are,
I'm grateful for your presence.
When the twilight city was bathed in vermilion,
I walked the streets without a care.
In the afternoon, when crowds of comers and goers swell,
I tried just sort of standing still.
When a tiny gap opened in my heart,
I tried to fill it by learning cell phone manners.
You're not alone, just look.
We'll hold each other up.
For the people who always hold me up,
I put my daily thougths into this rhapsody.
Deliver my feelings of appreciation.
Thanks for always
Thanks, for real.
No matter where you are,
I'm grateful for your presence.
