MSVCR Estate Run 08

Hoohaaaa...! I'm back with more pics and this time is from a classic car event. The more events i took part in, the more i'm in love with my Fiat 124 Sport. All the drives and journey spent together with the car helps me discover the potential and talents of the car. Convoys, car park rallies, gymkhanas, sprints, and recently, estate run. It survived what ever abuse i put her thru. Its one tough car and for me, heroically powering out of corners and u turns is no big deal now. With its puny 1600cc engine, its surprisingly easy to slide the tail out in corners and u turns especially if its on wet road or in slippery conditions. Superb! Here are some pics i took at the MSVCR Estate Run event. It was a 2 days event on the 19th & 20th Apr weekend at The Legends Golf Resort. We had dinner and a video presentation about the Johor Racing History in the 60s & 70s on saturday, and the estate rally on sunday at Mahamurni Estate, which is located around 3kms from The Legends. Had fun throughout the 2 days. Enjoyed every minute spent. Burnt rubbers, faded brakes, knackered body, sunburnt, bruised ego.. its all worth it. Whole family came to support. Finished 5th in class, but there's always next time. Feast your eyes, people :
