Magic Number

Its hard for me to really eat healthily. Good thing now is that i can go on without rice no problem. Rice is fattening!! ..but nasi ayam goreng is good!! ..and so is nasi beriani (my fav) and nasi lemak + ayam for breakfast. ha ha. BUT, i try to stay away from rice and hi carb foods for dinner and late night suppers. Well now i've been stuck with my 77-78 kgs and a spare tyre for months. Even a month fasting doesn't lose me any weight.
Not taking it lightly now. I will get there and when i do, i'm treating myself to BBQ Crabs. Oooohhh.. lurve those. Hoohaa..!~
