Magic Number
Yeah. 75. Wut about it? First it was my 1 month target. Then when i'm almost reaching that 'goal', i took it easy and the gap expands, and i had to do it again. Then it became my 3 months target. As of now, i'll be happy just to reach and maintain that magical number. 75kgs. Yeah. Thats it. Highest figure - or fattest i've been was 83 kgs. Now i'm maintaing at around 77-78 kgs plus minus water weights. Averaging 2kms in 25 mins. Still very bad compared to when i was younger but i'm getting there. Doing 20 sit ups as well after these runs. Girly figures for sit ups you might think but i'm slowly progressing. These runs and sit ups are the easy part. The hard part is the dieting. Darn.
Its hard for me to really eat healthily. Good thing now is that i can go on without rice no problem. Rice is fattening!! ..but nasi ayam goreng is good!! ..and so is nasi beriani (my fav) and nasi lemak + ayam for breakfast. ha ha. BUT, i try to stay away from rice and hi carb foods for dinner and late night suppers. Well now i've been stuck with my 77-78 kgs and a spare tyre for months. Even a month fasting doesn't lose me any weight.
Not taking it lightly now. I will get there and when i do, i'm treating myself to BBQ Crabs. Oooohhh.. lurve those. Hoohaa..!~
